Foss Farm Two Phase - May 3, 2009

This is a combined test of one dressage test and one jump round.  The Foss Farm Two Phase is held in early may.  As with all of the ONB events the atmosphere is relaxed and fun.  This is a great preparation to the first event of the season.   The monies raised from this show go exclusively to the maintenance and improvement of Foss Farm both the riding facilities and the property in general.  If you use that the facilities at Foss Farm please support us by participating or donating to Foss Farm. 

Jumper Nights

During the Summer months ONB holds several "Jumper Nights" at Foss Farm.  Starting at noon classes are run from ground poles all the way up to 3 feet and higher if there are requests for it.  This is a very relaxed and encouraging environment to start attending "horse shows". Sign up for these nights is the day of.  Actual dates will be posted as we get closer to the summer.  Monies raised from these nights go to support pony club lessons and club activities.

 

Halloween Hunter Pace

This event is held the sunday before Halloween at Great Brook State Park.  Entrants are encouraged to come in costume.  Ribbons are awarded for best costume as well as best time in each of the divisions.  What could be more fun than are jaunt through a lovely state park on horseback. 

 

Lincoln Horse Shows

The Lincoln Horse Shows are held at the Lincoln Ring usually in the Fall and have more of a Hunter flavor to them.  These shows are fundraisers for the maintenance and improvement of the Lincoln Ring.  We are very fortunate to have access to two wonderful places to ride.
